CISCO SYSTEMS INC filed a shelf registration with the SEC for
2,513,309 common shares to be sold by selling shareholders. The
filing, on Monday, said all of the shares being offered were
originally issued by Cisco in connection with its acquisition of
LightSpeed Inc. Cisco said it will not receive any proceeds from
the sale of the shares. (Reuters 03:30 PM ET 03/03/98)

Sonki,

Good that you have free money. Lot's of picks as the market comes down on INTC news. I'm not sure I'd go after LU, the PE makes me a bit nervous as well. They have an excellent franchise however and I think that investors expect lots of great things going forward. However I like other infrastructure companies. ASND still looks good, BAY is doing a nice job rebuilding, and I like CIEN and CPQ at these prices. Keep an eye out. Should be lots of good buys soon. ;)
