Mine does not either. I think this makes customers even more difficult to find out their accounting errors, which are not unusual. They deleted last year record too, at least I cannot find them anywhere. They change the layout of the site every 24 hours. I just don't know what is going on with them. This is just ridiculous. Because they overcharged me for margin interest three month in a row, I am trying to solve the problem for the last two months with them, still have no result. Now they are telling me that they start to charge 7% interest from last October even if on short position (refer my previous post), and just don't want to give me any refund even if I don't have any short position ever since last Sep. I am so so tied of this. As soon as the problem solves, I will consider to transfer to another broker. This is just a rip-off.
