Josef, Wow, "Eleventh Hour Software Production, Inc" sounds like a competitor for sure. What does "signed a binding letter of intent* with Merced, Inc."* mean? I sure hope the FBNA negotiators can do better then this: EHI also has the first option to purchase and/or distribute other retail and commercial software produced or manufactured by Merced except software manufactured for unaffiliated third parties on a contract basis. Does this mean, except anyone else who cares to purchase the software? Seems like they have redefined exclusive. Darn! If I had only known about this last Wednesday like everyone else! Regards Tom
