This article makes perfect sense and has no discovery implications on me as I talk about this government's actions and characteristics in my posts.
Since I am not a president but just nobody hopefully investors will look seriously in those statements and find the other side rights as opposite to what our juniors had this market believed in. The SPE, KMC, Goldbelt exception cases so far has fallen on deaf ears but geology and money making (SPE scenario) should make this particular case a winner in investor's court.

Thanks John for that article. The way that you have reported to this
thread speaks very highly for your character. Acknowledgement of a problem as we all know is the first step on the road to a cure and
while maintaining the pride of nation, K..'s president has made a big
step to encourage investors, but many will await to witness the
results of this goodwill speech. There are already far to many pitfalls awaiting investors in the exploration ventures and support
of fairness by authorities is essential. IMHO
