Round 33 did not have any changes except for Nextband retaking San Francisco. As for the article on WinStar and Teligent, I think it demonstrates that wireless CLECs are going to be a powerful force. The claim that landline LECs will be able to lower costs to match the low deployment costs of wireless CLECs seems farfetched.
