How do you go from selling the same units at 70% margins to showing a loss? They are running a plant with out being able to sell product. People still have to be paid, raw materials, electrical bills,insurance etc. All these expenses assoc. with the new plant but no revenues. Expenses have skyrocketed because they are bringing a new facility online. Try running your household with no paycheck and you would go into the red as well.
