<< I read that he led 1/3 of the angels astray in his rebellion >>

It makes me wonder how many additional angel rebellions have taken place since this first one.

Chris,
I am going over what you posted and some other scripture as well. Would you explain to me in Rev. 12:7-9 why the angels cast down to earth with satan (1/3rd, Rev.3:4) are referred to as "his angels" in verse 9. Thanks, Bob

archangel is a greek word
It was eze 28:14 that describes Lucifer as a "anointed cherub who covers"
this means a angel that guards (hebrew)
cherub's are not little angels. that can be huge. they aren't the little babies with wings. that is satan's picture of angels.
Cherub is invisble figure
So, Satan was a guarding a protecting invisible figure (in the Hebrew.)This is the exact same thing as an Archangel.

archangel is angel that covers , guards, protects.
it's just that archangel is greek and Eze. describes Lucifer in the Hebrew.

Does all this make any dif...NO!!!!!!!!
