That's right--actually, I believe the Redwing product may fall under the broad data mining, data warehouse product category. It is a plug-in application of Monarch for the popular Adobe Acrobat.

But right you are about the help desk product--that is a market that I've read is huge and growing. True, a fair amount of competition.
