From what I see B must give them drill hole data, however they may resist by saying the report is not yet finalised, even though the assays have been done. I wonder if it the release of that report by the ides of March that will generate some headway. Lakefield will be able to predict the end of that phase with accuracy and all that is left is the final assays of what you have leached and the reduction to a % recovery, both trivial steps??

Does PFG have the right to assay data and at what time after the assays are done? If yes, then this data can be requested, and B must divulge it. If no the B can keep hiding it for a long time.
