I agree with your thoughts on the stagnating price.

However, the downside risk seems very limited, and the upside looks good ( a double this year doesnt seem out of the question at all) so I for one plan to stay put, its just too easy to jump out of a stock just before it pops.
I also dont think its realistic to expect a steady rise, generally these things happen fast. (just after I sold, typically)
However, it is frustrating that even after major announcements (like the $14M contract last year), that very little seems to happen. I'm not sure what it is that is finally going to get this stock to pop, but I believe the fundamentals are too good to get out just yet.

IMRS was a similar story, announcement after announcement, the stock cycled in a limted range, and then all of a sudden....
