Riechers... Jim Cramer sold considerable DEC stock
the Friday before Monday's acquisition announcement.

I believe from an "outside" view he made a fundamentally
correct decision. It was extremely odd to see DEC move
up in early January while the tech sector was depressed.

Something odd happened here concerning the DEC stock and
the acquisition.

CPQ stock in July at 133? In Jan 30. hmm. 2 splits.

CPQ stock around 30. How significance is the stock price
level of CPQ before DEC acquisition?

Something is odd. I don't believe in conspiracies.
I can't explain it. Too many unknowns. Maybe just
a fickle market. (Those ladies who got into leather for 8 bucks,
or the Japanese Cowboy internet traders).

I would love to be in the management meetings at CPQ.
