To all. I know I've mentioned the airlines before but I wanted to bring the subject up again.
Several indicators are staring to weaken for this sector. Coupled with some RS reversals to the downside in majors like UAL and AMR, I think this bears watching. Also, DAL is getting close to reversing it's RS as well.
This comes at a time that the oil sector is starting to firm up and we can understand the economic equation behind this. Obviously, if oil prices, hence fuel prices, rise the airlines are going to be very sensitive to this.
If you have airline stocks watch your stop points and check the FA.
Now may be the time to consider some oil sector stocks.
