Dan, Dan, Dan...Sigh...you are such a likeable guy, I can't understand your love for the Buggy Whip market! <g>. Let me concede a fact or two....GSM has a Large installed base. And there are a lot of replacements and additions still going into the GSM market. OK, now please concede me a point or two: First: CDMA is growing VERY rapidly, almost more rapidly than product can be supplied.. and SECOND: there are several GSM suppliers who can WELL handle the existing (and continuing) GSM market PLUS! Meaning that any new competitors will likely remove any remaining GSM profit margins. So even if LSI invents something new and wonderful for GSM, it would be akin to finding a way to make a more flexible Buggy Whip! ...which is where I came in, so let me sneak out ... before the first hand grenade hits it's timer.. :-) TSO
