Night Writer, James, All, N.W. has reminded us of a key point.. the venture capitalists did not lend the money, they took equity by backing shells. Gabelli et al are not idiots. As for the two articles James posted, I see them as further conformation that - as NW says - wireless is the answer... but which one? (Beta/VHS, IBM/MAC etc).

NYC is one of the LEAST wired cities in the US and from my visit last week I can see why. It would be near impossible to dig up the streets any where on the island without shutting the place down. Traffic there is like Naples and no way will they allow overhead wires! So, to do NYC, one has to go through thin air and that means wireless and LMDS offers the most bandwidth (GROWTH capability for the initial investment). Putting those two things together, CVUS has - in my mind - the best tech and the best locale.

As for why the others have revenue growth and CVUS doesn't... yes it appears to be a frustrating situation but look at the debt the others have accumulated. Perhaps they are using the 1970's model of getting so far in debt that the lenders can't let them fail. CAP
