Correct Jeffery!!! If the company had too much overhead, as previously mentioned, then the folks in Europe just helped us out. The important job at hand is to improve the bottom line, mesh and strengthen sales and technology, and expand the client base while maintaining reasonable Corporate overhead. Show us the financials NETZ and explain how the company will come together. I don't care about what the competitors are saying. If Echomedia and UniversalCommerce can provide new weapons against the competition, then the already big Softbank should start taking over the business!

You just don't get it. You no longer have to see the forest through the trees, you just have to get the stars out of your eyes... I may never read "wired" magazine, but I think I will buy a subscription just for the hell of it. I believe in this case, they are doing the public an unbelievable favour. You don't want to wake up from the dream, its your option. Get rid of the emotion for a moment.. If a person you met on the street said he would give you what he had in his pocket (it looks like a really big pocket!) for the $10,000 in your checking account would you do it? Now add the other factors that we know to be true. Would you still make the trade???
