No doubt that was probably why Simpson didn't leave before the Zulu acquisition of Softbank....Mother Softbank wouldn't have been able to get the price they wanted if some of their employees went rogue, so Mother Softbank probably threatened to sue. Do they think the new owners will let them leave, because they don't want the publicity. Ha! Too bad! Go after them to either keep them from taking clients, or go the low overhead route and collect a percentage or buyout without having to pay for the new company overhead. Or, get money back from Mother Softbank (maybe shares of Yahoo!)
