Re. It's just that there seem to be so many people who view SAP as a Y2K company only.

Those who invest in SAP for y2k solutions alone are by no means major constituents of SAP's share ownership. Your concern is unwarranted.

PS: I would further add that WSJ's musings would have little effect on the trading of SAPHY's, as the ADR price is basically set by SAP's tradings in European burses as well as the currency exchanges. In a way, SAPHY's price, for a high-flying stock, is more fundies-driven than others in its category.
