Like I said, long term this would be true. I would also like to point out one other observation that fits into the scenario I just described. The potential use of RADAF stock in an acquisition would also explain RADAF's sudden willingness to engage in a stock buy back program. Buying back it's own stock serves two purposes:

1) It supports the price of the stock so that it retains it's value as a currency in the event of a stock based acquisition.

2) It gives RADAF an additional 1 million shares to use in the acquisition process without resorting to printing additional shares through convertable deals etc.
