Obviously?, the street [and TMSRs existing market maker infrastructure?] are sending a [similar] signal that a [management and Board] restructuring is required?

Bergeson isn't going to stick around for long if something doesn't change, in our opinion...nor will any other top existing/prospective [unable to attract] management talent whose net worth is tied to stock option issuance(s) and stock price [appreciation]. TMSR has now devalued ~50% since October and contemporaneous with its blockbuster and record Q3 and Q4. Accordingly, one (from prospective/existing shareholders to management) has to wonder what is wrong with this company or more appropriately something is wrong with this company.

Management is certainly being smug...a reaction, in itself, which is a shareholder value smoking gun.
