Responding to several of your posts in one reply:

>>> I kind of admire the guy. But, HEY, Scott, like, don't let it go to your head, huhn? :) We don't want it to get TOO big. <<<

Thanks, Chris. People who know me will tell you I'm generous, helpful and modest. The only reason I mention some of my credentials/honors is because some numb-nut here suggested I didn't know what I was doing in running a business. This is one of the things I *am* known for among my peers, especially in the area of marketing.

Said to Bob: >>> It seems to me, the reason that he is here, more then anything else, is to put the best face on what amounts to a corporate divorce and not damage the stock. He may be trying to hype the stock, but most likely that would only have a short term affect, and not substantial increase in share price. <<<

I have nothing substantial riding on GT stock. Whether it goes up or down doesn't affect anything I do. Even if the price quadruples, my gains will be meaningless in the big picture. We have had and will continue to have a strong and prosperous relationship with GT, based on all the projects currently in the works: Duke movie, unannounced movie, Duke Nukem Forever, Duke Nukem: Time to Kill, Prey, Duke Nukem 5, the Duke Nukem movie based game, Duke novels, Duke action figures, Prey novels and merchandise, and much more. This relationship will last many more years.

Hyping the stock is not what I'm here for. Providing accurate and behind-the-scenes info is what I want to contribute. If that information appears to hype the stock, well that's because what I know tells me GT's stock will rise.

>>> Also, Mike Wilson (CEO for Gathering of Developers) has been saying some pretty nasty things about GTIS to the press. Which makes we wonder if Mr. Miller maybe here to smooth things over with investors. <<<

Not at all. That never even occurred to me. Mike is upset with *all* publishers, because by their nature they have interests that do not always align with developer interests. He may have picked on GT, but he's also picked on EA, Activision, Eidos, Microsoft, Interplay and Sierra.

Scott: >>> I fully expect GTIS to release Duke Nukem 5. They have an option right on the game, plus there are other very strong incentives (that I cannot go into, sorry Bob <g>) for us to sign this game with them. The Gathering of Developers is not expecting to get this game. <<<

Chris: >>> This sounds very suspicious. If you sit on the Gathering of Developers board, there must be many financial incentives to publish all your games with them. <<<

This only sounds suspicious because there are things I cannot tell you that would make you say, "Oh, now I see what you mean." ;) As I said, Gathering of Developers is not expecting to get Duke Nukem 5. Sorry I can't give away confidential details.
