That's fair to say...

...this is a BB stock. If I don't see financials that I like and steps to go into more reputable markets (NASDAQ, AMEX, etc), then I'll cry foul.

But what I see right now is a company moving in the right direction and trying not to get entangled in BB stock speculation and what seems to be a focused attack by a Magazine (largely on a particular person)...just my opinion.

I want to see the meaningful facts pertaining to ZULU, without attacks through competitor speculation, past judgements on a large investor, and exodus of employees that might have been targeted for overhead reduction anyways. Change isn't pretty sometimes, but occurs one way or the other.

I'd rather see the company grow than go out of business in a highly competitive market sector.

Your probably right about that business sense. Maybe he got paid a mil or two for 6 months of using his name??

I don't believe in Meachem being right to direct the company into the next millennium (should NETZ last that long). He is not young, has not worked with internet, heck he probably even remebers what life was without TV... I must agree that the possibility you present is IMO likely.

Or maybe he was duped and is also a looser...
