Hello Larry,

Always enjoy your comments. Say, now that you are out of IMS, would you mind giving us a few comments on the actions of the management here of late? At some point, all the people reading this and other material are going to have to come to grips with who these guys really are and what they have been doing. Why don't you share a little in this direction.

You are correct in pointing out the value of the NOL's- that has been something to look forward to, after IMS started a revenue stream. Say, wouldn't it be funny if they already had a revenue stream started? Wouldn't that be a gas! You know, kind of behind the scenes so to speak. Course, how would I or anyone else know that?

You are right about that $4mil market cap! What a steal, I mean literally! A real steal, now there's a thought.

I guess we could raise funds auctioning things off. But it would sort of be like selling bits and pieces off of an automobile. I'd rather have the whole automobile! Especially if you could put it to work for you in your business to turn profits for you. Now a classy auto, that works uniquely well, and makes money for you- hey that's worth paying for or investing in. Automobiles, computer design companies, its all kind of the same thing in the end.

You know Larry, to tell you the truth, what this little company needs is a bit of truth telling. I suggest that if you (if you still by chance hold shares), along with any of the rest of you reading this care about your investment of money and time over the past few years (and I'll bet there ain't more than a handful of short-timers here) that you continue to communicate to the Board to let them know we want truthful and honest treatment. That's all. It's really more than just a good thing to adhere to honesty and forthrightness in a public company. And, there is every reason to expect a public company to remain in place here. They know it, you know it, and our friends in high places- in all the various high places, know it. So, let's not all dummy up here. Look into things, make a call or two, do a little DD and let's all wise-up.

Finally, as to the current staff Larry (and I know at least one of you current staffers keep up with us here) you know what my position is.
We know very well about the years you've devoted to this company. I run two small businesses with my wife. We employ over 100 people. Some have been with us going on 15 years. Some of you have been at Meta for a long time too. I am on your side 100%, just like I am with the fellows that associate with me. Listen well, I've talked to the combatants in this struggle, at least those that truly do give a damn about me and mine- those that are willing to think about the common good, and are willing to do the right thing. They will honor your interests. To this end, in the coming stages of this struggle, those of you truly, really concerned about your investment interests, will heed this. This staff needs a representative on the Board. My opinion, but we need to know that full coverage of their concerns get more than casual attention. We all know what kind of incentives the industry offers, so let's make a deal nobody in their right mind could refuse. Larry, you have a good point here. Some things have been learned, and action will come out of it.

As you can tell Larry, I'm just not able to bring myself to quit here!
I started in business in 1981-82, just in time for the recession. And after I got going in my real estate oriented business, the great Texas real estate bust hit just a few years later! (Would you believe I was the only employee left?- had to do it all!) IN MY GUT----there ain't no reason to quit on this public company- AT ALL. What has happened will not stand. Anyone caring to delve into what has taken place should know that gimmickery will not pass muster with the handling of this company's future. Of course, if none of you believe
that, if you are content with throwing in the towel, then I may be left alone here (posting the last note, turning out the lights). But, if that is NOT what you want for a result, then I suggest you join in with finding out what's going on. Let's quiz a few people about the possibilities as we move forward. Together, we can make this a very interesting story, with an ending more attune to reality.

Yours, as ever
DD
