Paul, thanks for the analysis of the report. I agree with your enthusiasm for the NETA/TISX combination. I am a TISX shareholder and know the significant expertise they have. Also they are very tight with the federal government people who develop/control encryption technology. I can also confirm TISX has already begun significant trimming of admin staff in preparation for the merger. From what I understand, it is being done in a humane/fair way. I really lucked out on the acquisition because I was just about to buy NETA anyway since I concluded they will become a powerhouse company over the next few years. I don't know much about the NETA top management but believe they are people driven by a vision of building the company into defined, growing market of future networks. I see NETA with the potential to become a Worldcom or Cisco type company with frequent acquisition adding to fill the competitive gaps needed to keep them on top. The only question I have is do they have the exceptional management at the top to pull it off. Do you know the top people well enough to comment on their skills? best of luck......Bill
