There's no arguing the facts, but room for interpretation about the analysis.

As you point out, BAY is the stock that follows most closely CS's movement, albeit 6 months early. If new management gets the confidence of the investment community that the company is back on track, a 50% move (say, over 20) would be easily achieved.

That said, this is a competitive business, and I am getting the feeling that the industry cannot support all the stock prices -- someone has to give. CSCO is a candidate, although ASND, COMS and BAY are always potential bear meat. Assuming CS is not going out of business, the downside looks limited.
