Gary,

1. Count me in if you form the company. I agree to let the Level II symbol be KORN (though I like GARK better).

2. Datek lets you split the spread.

3. At least one brokerage offers after-hours trading. Check out ptdiscount.com for details. I think I remember that they have a minimum $25K equity requirement.

Gary,
I'm surprised they told you that, I was thinking of changing over to Instinet myself. I spoke to them at the end of last year and all they asked me was what kind of volume I was doing. At that time I was trading on average of 4/6 trades per day and 2/10 thousand shares. I could have joined then but I wanted to wait until after the first of the year, but since I have cut back on my trading I never got back with them. Maybe they have change their rules since then.

Hi Gary,
I seem to remember last year when I was looking into changing discount brokers that Regal Discount offered aftermarket trades. I tried looking at their webpage but they dont mention it. You might want to try emaiing them.

Gary, I think you can trade on Instinet through Schwab with a minimum equity of $100,000. They told me I could do it, but I haven't actually tried it because they do not give discount commissions. So it's like $100 to trade 1000 shares of ASND.
