It's March now and all they can muster is one insignificant generic approval! Where are the eight pending? They must have filed them the day before the press release by Bethune (which didn't make it past the Miami Herald); that is Ivax style. I'm a little sick of waiting to be honest. I feel like management is still playing games and eating away at equity for their own benefit. My insider service didn't bother to mention the Nov/Dec purchases by Frost and rightfully so. IMHO this rally will last ($9.00?) until the first good news surfaces, then expect a serious decline, maybe even back to $7.00. I intend to sell on a big volume spike into the $9.00 area. The cash flow and takeover analysis is timely and true, and maybe one should be optimistic about the pending approvals; however, there are other better fish to catch. Jackson
