I've held Novell for the past 3 years and have never traded this
stock out through the downtrend. After getting into technical
analysis just recently, I can now see why this stock is going to
turn at least a double near term.

The 5-year descending triangle is dead. Finally!!! Taking the historical bottom from 1985 and follow it to the bottom in January 1998, thats your historical support base. Connect the tops from the 1993 price top of $35 and connect it to January's 1997 top of $13 and you will see with your very own eyes the downtrend line.
Now, look very carefully where the apex of the two lines hit. Voila!

Looking only UP, notice that the next stop along the way is $11 set
around latter 1996. Novell needs to breakout of $11 and hopefully
settle in the $12-$13 range for a while.

The Intel news couldn't have come at a worse time. Lets hope
we push higher.

Good luck all,
MrBuzz
