I listened to the conference call and someone asked specifically about their plans for their present and future cash. They stated very clearly that they did not expect to do any deals soon, but that it would be a possibility. They also stated that they felt their stock was undervalued and could consider buying more shares. With the low tax burden they enjoy, buying more shares makes some sense. They also made it very clear that insiders were net buyers of the stock and that the insider filings had more to do with sales in the past than recent sales. A large block of 144 stock was sold to a group of investors who have since decided to take a profit. WIth $2-3 in downside (Co's buyback program) and a minimum of $10 (or $15) in upside, I'm really not sure what there is to think about.
