Steve,

Nice link,,,,

I understand that with growth,,,
a co. will have a investment of resources into that growth.

But am concerned about the following

1997 1996
Cash - 373,176
Accounts receivable 934,069 205,870
Inventory 56,578 9,928
Then,
CURRENT LIABILITIES

Bank indebtedness (note 4) 75,234 14,026
Accounts payable 757,503 274,149

AR I hope that we are talking about 30 to 60 days outstanding. Wonder what the percentage of write-offs are(Badt Debt)

Inventory bloated hopefully to prepare for the growth.

AP is also alarming to me.
Their cash position drops while AR increases.
Appears they are missing cash discounts....

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Current news release...
I like the growth percentage.
Increase of sales and gross profit.
Reducing their net loss.

Looking forward to the future..

SJ

PS ...
Someone mentioned that cos. never heard of them.
Maybe they should pump back up their advertising expense..

A rehash of Growth Potential for Magra

"In 1995 only about 1/3 of all [US Printing and Publishing] s
ites were equipped with servers or at least some of the
enabling technologies for networked-digital workflows such as modems. This percentage will double by the year 2000" according
to an industry survey.

MAGRA is an established systems integrator* with significant
experience in equipping companies with hardware, in addition to
software. It has a proven track record in the areas of Digital
Asset and Workflow Management based on UNIX and NT platforms.
These include integrating production tracking solutions in complex
catalog production environments and customized workflow automation
systems. In addition to a strong technical presence in selling,
configuring and installing Internet/Intranet solutions, servers,
storage management systems, networks, and workstations as well as
training and ongoing maintenance support to its customers.

* Systems Integrator: integrates hardware and software solutions
into an organization's working environment.

MARKET OPPORTUNITY

A positive economic outlook is anticipated for 1998 and beyond.

The Printing Industries of America, Inc. (PIA) predict an "economic
growth of about 2.5% for the U.S. and an even higher growth rate for
Canada. .Bottom-line, the overall economic outlook for 1998 should
provide plenty of opportunities for printing and imaging companies
to grow and prosper." (Canadian Printer Newsflash, October 1997).

The Digital Assets/Workflow Management market is growing rapidly.
The market for these products amounted to $ 1 billion in 1996 --
representing a 25% growth over $250 million in 1995 according to BIS
of Norwalk, CT an industry watchdog for electronic publishing.
