Phil, There have been high ratio of negative posts lately, many of which appear to be the result frustration after having sold in the low 5's and running out of time for a dip to the mid 4's to buy back in. I was told of some negative posts on the Yahoo finance thread by someone apparently uninformed and light on company knowledge that came across as a personal attack. I signed on there as FMKX and posted as follows: When I first invested in Valence and began extracting information about equipment capabilities, I also directed considerable effort toward determining what the product would sell for. Having done my own calculations, I was sure of the tremendous potential and narrowed my portfolio. I remain convinced that my calculations and engineering logic have been correct and that the upside potential has not changed. ----My only regret is that I learned about it and acted too soon.---- Last year I lost about 1.5 times the value of my home. I bought as high as the 8's and 9's and borrowed heavily to meet margin calls. I was reduced to about 25% of position and sold much in the 4's. I have been buying back since with available funds. I believe I have more that ample reason to post negatively. Instead, I remain convinced that the tremendous upside potential remains intact. I failed to give them enough time to work out equipment problems and allow for such things as a fatiqued CEO electing not to trust a company like Sony with technology he had worked so many years to develop and blowing a deal that should have sent the stock to the teens and then being forced to resign. I have been fortunate to be in contact with reliable sources information, including many with large stakes in the company. If I could start today with what I know, I would again invest as much as I could afford in this company. Thank you for your posts and interest in Valence. Your timing for getting in, in my opinion, could not be much better. Regards, FMK
