No confusion here. Someone said they were doing a name change and that would force an accounting of shares. I was simply pointing out a name change does not force an accounting, only a change of cusip number(which I believe is actually more than a change, cancel the old and issue new). A simple point of fact that has been incorrectly disputed or distorted three times now. Why the CUSIP changes is immaterial. Amazing this "discussion" continues. Oh well.
