There are concerns about channel stuffing, pricing
and margin erosion. Now it seems all three have
truth in them. That may be what COMPAQ sees in
the over capacity of the PCs and decide to buy DEC
to balance things out.

A question: How much will the pricing cutting of PCs
affect the margins, considering the price drop of DRAM
etc?

If all these negative views pan out, DELL is
due for a fall.

Last evening on CNBC they aired a short clip of Richard Gardner
SSB analyst. This guy looks like he about 15 years old.
He must be the youngest analyst on the street.
If anybody has SSB fax number post it.
