Where are you and Bob getting the $100MM figure? Just the minimum for "nine-figure"? Look on the bright side, it could be $800MM. <g> Yup. It could also be $999 MM, but is undoubtedly closer to $100 MM. Also, Yakov in an earlier post questioned whether the 20 or more Cymer lasers involved with the ASM order were already in the pipeline. Recalling that the mix of i-line and DUV was changed from 25% DUV to 100% DUV, I see 75% of that number as a NEW order. Thus there will be a minimum 15 additional Cymer lasers not previously accounted for in Cymer's projections. Tulvio
