9. Bullish snobs are starting to show up on CNBC, surely a sign of a short term top.

The late comeback in the SPX and OEX was
created to some extent (IMO) by traders who thought that yesterday was the day to
break the market and short-covering (myself included, sorry to say) pushed the SP8H
and OEX to record high closes.

To clarify for those who are following a certain concept...

Yesterday..according to my data from CME we DID NOT make a new March SPOO high...
the high was established on Monday at 1056.80 and we came within .50 but didnt make it....(although it could have been a CLOSING.. high...but that isnt what we are looking for)

Accuracy is important for this...so if anyone else has something different please let me know

Also, I would assume that we broke the DJIA March futures high yesterday, but I dont know that..cause I dont cant find the symbol yet...Monday we came within 5 ticks of the high...

anyway....we have to pierce BOTH....may do it today.....but not so far
