Anyone who looks over the history of trading on this stock will note that it has been in a prolonged down trend until the last few days.

Perhaps some of the really good things that have happened are finally being recognized.

The ongoing establishment of a strong distribution system

FDA approval of the Ahn Catheter

ISO 9001 approval

Addition of Marshall Kerr as Vice President of Sales

Reception of patent for the Guidewire Microfilter Product

Submission of two 501(k)s to the FDA for market clearance of it's 100% silicone based Thombectomy Catheter and Bi-Lumen Catheter.

There has been so much good news for ABMI in the last few months.

Until now the market has punished ABMI for it's poor stock performance which I believe was due to the past management before the arrival of Steve Rash.

TURN AROUNDS DON'T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT FOLKS!

Regards, Jeff

I first bought into ABMI during that time period and I never sold any back to them. My first 2500 shares were bought on August 23rd, 1996 at $2 a share. I last bought 2645 shares of ABMI at .31 cents a share on
November 25th, 1997 just before the close.
