Dan W, Dennis,
Dan, I think it was rule 144 and the number of shares were from buying Sutter out. In the millions of shares if I remember correctly. I think Mr. Feely or Bengston also clarified that as far as Real Insiders and not just ones that are listed as insiders due to share size, the sales were few. Be glad when I get a copy of CC.

Dennis,
Trail Burner also looks great. I don't know what the sales for Original bass were in 1996 Q4 but this may be a reasonable gage for new product in Q4 1997 and 1998 as to how they may stack up. Not sure Radica will need Bass fishin after Bass Fishin to reach new levels, They have expanded their line greatly and continue to do so. I view it as, if they come up with 2 or 3 that do the rev of one of the fishin games, they will continue to grow. Also think there is a lot of wind left in the sails for all markets to grow in the fishin games. Sales do not point to this leveling let alone going south. When it does level (and that is another, who knows when). I suspect the rev. will still be very significant to the bottom line along with many other products.

Dennis,
In your post you said,

>>>I doubt any of the new games, with the possible exception of NASCAR, will sell anywhere near the number of units of the Fishin' line this year, even in the aggregate. Maybe next year, we will see non-Fishin' products finally start reducing the share of the Fishin' products.

RADAF will have a great year in 1998. Sales will be up strongly, though the year over year comparisons won't look as good over the next few quarters, due to good quarters in the previous years. >>>>>>>>>

I might have replied incorrectly. What I meant, is that the qtr to qtr comparisons are going to be off the charts. I look for 2nd qtr to rival 1st qtr, and 3rd and 4th to far exceed last years by a very very wide margin. I did not mean to imply the same percentage increases as we saw last year. My eps estimate is $2.50 and sales in the $175mm area.

The short story is bullshit, and they are doing everything they can ,but they have no more ammo. They are so goddamned smart you cannot talk to them, they have all of the answers. They had a peek at HAS hole card before the TIGER deal, and that is their whole story on being short. They will suck canal water. You know the old story, Mine is bigger than Yours. The buyers are going to prevail, they have shot their wad. There are a few suprises in store down the road.

Last but not least, the NASCAR game will far exceed Bass Fishing. I am looking at a small NASCAR licensee, unrelated to RADAF. They have a license on a product. Sales are going to be up 400% this year on a new product. They cannot make enough. If you ain't in the South you do not realize that NASCAR is not a sport, it is a "Religion."
