I am not a expert but some things just crossed my mind that I would like to hear your opinion: DEC's stock price was somewhere at $35-40 right before CPQ announced its acquisition of equal share exchange plus $30 in cash. If this is true, the recent downtrend should we interpret as intentionally in order to get cheaper for DEC? The first downgrade was from SSB and we know the relations between SSB and CPQ. Please help. Thank you. Elfram

Stuffed or Famished?

I'm confused. Here is one article saying on the contrary, Presarios are selling as soon as they can get them:

techweb.com

Then there is the Greenberg article from The Street saying there are signs of stuffing:

thestreet.com

Greenberg is hinting at other nasty stuff as well.
