Is it possible that the insider buying, stock buy backs, and advertising campaign (more name recognition)are precursors to this company being "shopped around" to potential suitors? And then we've heard the GE Capital rumor previously. Any thoughts?

John

I hope your broker is correct. I have no information to add concerning additional buybacks.

Regarding annual internal growth, Hilbert predicted 15%-19% growth for 1998, 1999 and thereafter at his January 27, 1998 presentation to the New York Society of Security Analysts.

He estimated a stock price of $60-$70 per share in 1998 based upon 20 times $3.45 EPS.
