As far as I can tell, CBS Marketwatch has been down for OTC stocks all morning. It seems okay for listed stocks. Just curious, why is there no interest in SYBD in any of these threads. It has been sneaking up and is about to make a major breakout following major scientific convention which started Monday. Very little on the SYBD thread, but significant news releases if check on quote.yahoo.com.

DMEC is a Video Distribution: toy distribution; real estate company During the third quarter 1997 our sales were up 40 percent as per our last 10QSB. Our strategic plan for the future is quite simple we want to maximize shareholder value and liquidity. We fully intend to take whatever steps are necessary to maximize shareholder value which will in the near future provide each shareholder the ability to comprehend the fullest potential of his or her investment. Presently Diamond Entertainment Corp. has three divisions two of which are a Video Manufacturing and Distribution and Toy Distribution which includes numerous electronic games and such. Our major clients/customers are Sam's Club, Walgreen's, BJ`s Wholesale, Wal-Mart and Publishers Clearing House. Through there established client base and sales force theyare aggressively pursuing to increase sales and revenues. Their third division is Real Estate Holding and Sale - American Top Real Estate, Inc. (ATRE) which recently sold one parcel of land to Home Depot for a total of 3 Million dollars. They anticipate to close this escrow by the end of the year, and estimate a total of approximately $900,000.00 sale proceed will come to Diamond Entertainment Corp. Presently we are in negotiations with Carl's Jr and Lexus Dealer to sell two of our other parcels of land. As of January 1998 they have finally settled their last outstanding litigation. They are expecting a profitable to be announced in their 10K forthcoming. 10Million I am told in the float. Thanks GaBard
