Hey, it wouldn't be below Crammer to pan a stock while he was buying it. He all but admitted that on CNBC one day. He does run a hedge fund!

Cramer never had a position TAVA, at least according to his email to me about it a few months ago - he just doesn't like Y2k. And I truly beleive that he has no control over the content of Cory's (or anyone else's) articles for that matter.

And, although I very much disagree with Cory's assessment of TAVA's business model; to be fair, he was the writer who wrote a very positive article about TAVA/TPRO in thestreet.com back in August.
