That article states: Tava doesn't fix them, it doesn't replace them, Is TAVA an engineering firm? Can one hire TAVA to find AND replace non-compliant chips? Sheesh! Whattaloadacrap!

Only 5-10% of ECs are non-compliant we just don't know which ones. #2 Tava certainly has remediation as one of their 4 steps of the Y2K compliant process. This right isn't it? Just rechecking. Eric
