I hope Del gets your complaint letter because they apparently still don't grasp how shoddy and unpolished their products are. They would have you believe that yours is a personal experience when in fact it is the result of a weak development process backed up by even weaker documentation and support. Unless they wake up to the importance of detail in this industry they will be annihilated. We can't afford to waste our precious time with sloppy tools and hopefully they can root out the gross incompetency which tenaciously persists throughout the company. Having said that, most of the problems revolve around their retail compiler products and that's not where the company has been focusing its energies of late. The chances are excellent that BORL will reach double digits before the end of the year -- if not sooner, higher or both. Personally, I believe BORL would be better off as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle or IBM.
