Tom, You are probably right. At first I thought it was Niles who beat Kurlak to the punch, but Lazlo sounds right. I thought at that time Niles chimed in with a downgrade, but just not sure now. Anyway, Tom " the worst there is" Kurlak must be fuming this morning. First, his initial DEC. downgrade never took hold, then his reiteration of sell had little affect and finally Niles l/t buy moves the stock over 35.<g>....this is a long way from 20 !!! Oh to be a fly on the wall at Merrill Lynch.<g> All kidding aside they probably love it so they can short at higher prices...but I wonder how much in the hole they are right now and I wonder why ML stock is doing so well.<VBG> Good Luck Trading DavidG PS: 35 7/8 is overhead resistance, and don't see it getting taken out unless Abbey starts pimping also.
