Customer satisfaction???? I think it is wonderful that the people at Datek offer access to their sytem to countless numbers of people with unfunded accounts as a way to advertise the service that they provide. What I am curious about is why do those of us that have funded accounts have to pay the price when the system is jammed up and we are either unable to enter a new position or exit an existing one?? For those of you considering funding a Datek account, maybe you should keep this in mind before sending your check, it is very rewarding to see a stock dropping like a stone and not be able to enter an order to get out from under because you can't get a response from the Datek system. Thanks Datek, I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate your advertising at my expense. You can count on me telling anyone that will listen exactly what I think of the service that you have been providing. Have you ever considered having servers that are dedicated to only those with funded accounts and operating extra servers (at your expense) for those that have no funds on the line? I doubt it. Again, thanks for the the reliable service, ya right!
