"Am I hearing more buyout rumors. . . anyone?" Old stuff, just floating around I would assume. Besides, Nobody's going to buy a dog unless they check it for fleas and ticks and their checkup isn't till mid next month. The other factor you have to look at IMO, is that a "fair price" from one side don't seem too "fair" to the other. Say you're Alex an you say i want $45+, but they're only willing to go $35. Thats alot of ground to cover, IMO. This is just an example,,,so you get the idea.
