Advanced Micro Devices filed a shelf registration with the SEC to sell up to $1 billion in common and preferred stock...

With a negative earning per share (EPS) in coming quarters, the more shores of AMD outstanding, the more diluted of the loss per share. And this will make AMD EPS looks better. So go ahead AMD, issue 50 Million more shares

Stockman:

I am not sure if the stock is going to be at $75 in 3 months but who knows (there was this other company whose stock I bought at around $12 - and everyone in the whole world thought the company was going to go bankrupt(!) and a lot of negative sentiments surrounded the stock. 3 weeks later after I bought it I sold at $25 and currently - about 5 weeks after I sold - it is at around $60! I kick myself for selling too soon as I seem to always do so with these situations, but well I have learned greed is the worst enemy of an investor!).

But I do know AMD will definitely be at somewhere between $30-$35 in about 3 months from now, and based on the volume at $30-$35 the next price can be guesstimated then!
