Jim, a quick newbie question RE: INEL stock price. The offer by Xerox was for $7.60 and the current ask is $7.03. Is this being done to keep the stock attractive to buyers knowing the cap of $7.60 will yield +-8%?
Is there a possibility of shareholders voting the offer down? If so would the price decrease? I'm in under 6 and have a nice profit but will hang with it if I can squeeze another 8% by waiting till the buyout. I mean 8% IS 8%.

Thanks
Mike
