My data feed has been very poor today, lots of pauses/bursts and minutes of data completely dropped in even the basic DJII.

Maybe the bandwidth problem is compounded if people try to log off then back on again and need to do a download of historical data?

What causes certain stocks to drop out while others stay on. MSFT has been ok but INTC and DELL haven't changed in 15 min.
