The extra money recently raised by issuance of more stock increases the outstanding shares & float causing downward pressure on the stock price. This money could have a number of uses, one of which would be to buy back shares by the company prior to all the expected good news and future soaring stock price! THESE ARE BARGAIN PRICES!!!! Also, the company is striving towards reporting status. I suggest you go back and read all the posts on this thread for there is a lot of valuable info.
