Seems way too early for a typical earnings warning pre-announcement, though I agree this should be a lackluster quarter. They claimed to have taken actions that would lead to "reduced risk" during H1/98 in the last quarterly report. So perhaps this is acknowledgement of need for another "special charge" again this quarter, for more "reduced risk" ? Chart looks to me like a major technical breakdown. Somebody knows something, or they wouldn't have sold.
